If you enjoy a drink every now and then, keep your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your purse, your money belt, and keep all money, charge cards and cheques at home. Only take only the money you anticipate to use on alcohol, tips and only the pocket change you expect to lose and keep the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not at all. Just realistic. You might experience a success after a drunken evening out with your comrades and be blessed enough to hook a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps table. Keep that story considering that it’s as brief as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and bet. These activities just do not mix.
Leaving your moola out of the casino is a little drastic, but preventative actions for excessive actions is a requirement. If you bet to win, then don’t drink alcohol and play. If you can afford to blow your cash nary a concern, then drink all the no charge beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t carry charge cards and cheques to throw into the mix of following losses after your drunken head squanders all the cash!
